What is the definition of chronic disorganization?
Chronic disorganization is having a past history of disorganization in which self-help efforts to change have failed, an undermining of current quality of life due to disorganization, and the expectation of future disorganization.


What is the NSGCD?
The NSGCD is a non-profit organization serving professional organizers and related professionals who are interested in the study and methods of serving chronically disorganized people.


What type of organizer should I work with?
If you are chronically disorganized we advise you to work with an organizer knowledgeable in chronic disorganization issues.


How can I find an organizer specializing in CD in my area?
The NSGCD maintains a directory of members who have an interest or experience in serving chronically disorganized clients. You may contact our referral service. Please be sure to leave your name, telephone number, and geographic region. Contact cdreferral@nsgcd.org.
