The objective and purpose of the ICD Program Mentor, Level IV, is to develop an organizer's skills and knowledge in the area of training, coaching, motivating, and communicating. This program allows intermediate and advanced organizers to work with a peer and in the process develop and improve their training and communication skills. This highly structured program develops patience, tolerance and acceptance for the individual in training. This development process will also assist the mentors with their own current and future client work. In addition this program requires publishing and presenting of material to further individual and group knowledge.

The Level IV program starts in January. Applications will be posted in mid-October and will be due in mid-November.
