Can I just listen to teleclasses for their educational value?
Yes, you may attend teleclasses only for their educational value.
If I don’t care about earning credit for teleclasses, why do I still have to complete the evaluation after the teleclass?
ICD requires that you complete the short teleclass evaluation after each teleclass so that we can gather valuable feedback about our course content and presenters. We also confirm that you attended the class.
Once I am registered for a teleclass, does it matter whether I attend or not?
Yes, it matters. ICD minimizes operating costs by reserving only as many phone lines as necessary.
Why haven’t I received credit for a teleclass even though I confirmed in the proper way?
Credit confirmation is generally emailed to you within 2 weeks. During busy times at HQ, i.e. conference time, there may be a delay. If you have not received credit within 4 weeks, contact tele@challengingdisorganization.org.
Should I register for a live teleclass, when I only intend to listen to the recording later?
NO, register for live teleclasses that you will attend.
Can I listen to recordings even though I am not a Premium Subscriber?
If you are a Standard Subscriber, you can listen to the Level I required teleclass recordings. The standard charges apply. Other recorded teleclasses are a benefit of Premium Subscribership.
What are the two kinds of recorded teleclasses?
Please refer to the teleclass recordings overview.
