Certificate Description

This certificate covers the specialized needs and issues of working with the CD client during a time of transition. Life transitions include but are not limited to entry into the work force, single to married, widowed, empty nest, divorce, death, and moving.

   
LT Certificate of Study in Life Transitions
 

The requirements of the certificate are:

  • Be a member in good standing of NSGCD
  • Have earned and submitted the Certificate of Study in Chronic Disorganization

  • Attend the required teleclass - Transitions vs. Changes
  • Attend 5 specialized teleclass from the list of courses below.

  • Complete a Certificate of Study Application, and mail with Fee of $89.00 to NSGCD. Applications submitted in error will be charged a $15.00 non-refundable processing fee.
