LEVEL I: FOUNDATION CERTIFICATE


Certificate Description

The Certificate of Study in Chronic Disorganization is the foundation certificate and it is required as the first study certificate to be completed.

The requirements of the certificate are:

  • Be a member in good standing of NSGCD

  • Attend 3 Required teleclasses:
    • Basic CD
    • Boundaries and Ethics
    • Safety (Structural or Personal)

  • Attend 3 additional teleclasses

  • Complete a Certificate of Study Application,
    and mail with the $89.00 application fee payable to NSGCD. 

    Applications submitted in error will be charged a $15.00 non-refundable processing fee.
