Certificate Description

This certificate covers the specialized needs and issues of working with the CD Elderly client.

Certificate of Study in Understanding the Needs of the Elderly CD Client

The requirements of the certificate are:

Be a member in good standing of NSGCD
Have earned and submitted the Certificate of Study in Chronic Disorganization.
Attend 6 teleconferences, all of which must be within the Elderly CD Certificate Category.
Complete a Certificate of Study Application, and mail with Fee of $89.00 to NSGCD. Applications submitted in error will be charged a $15.00 non-refundable processing fee.
