The requirements of the certificate are:

Be a member in good standing of NSGCD
Have earned and submitted the Certificate of Study in Chronic Disorganization
Attend the required course - Basic ADD
Attend 5 specialized teleconferences from the list of courses below.
Complete a Certificate of Study Application, and mail with Fee of $89.00 to NSGCD. Applications submitted in error will be charged a $15.00 non-refundable processing fee.
